How to delete an identity in Outlook Express

Q. I want to delete an identity in outlook express but it's asking for a password that I don't remember. How can I delete the identity?

A. You must go into the system registry to delete the identity. Simply click on Start, Run, then type in REGEDIT and click OK. Now go to HKEY CURRENT USER, then click the plus sign to expand the identities. Now, click on the long string of numbers that appear under the identity to highlight them. On the right window pane you will see the name of the identity. Once you have identified the identity you want to delete, go back to the left window pane, right-click on that identity and click delete.
